classy stay
quiet rooms comfortable bed helpful concierge nice restaurants
the hotel has quiet rooms despite its central location near the wan chai station. the beds are comfortable. i had a top floor room and i could see the island and kowloon (what a treat!). the concierge recommended some very nice local restaurants to me.
the shower gel had the same scent as a toilet cleaner. this was during a romantic getaway.

the hotel has both an italian and a japanese fusion restaurant on site. i found both restaurants offered delicious food and a good wine menu. i enjoyed every meal i had at this hotel.

the staff acted in a very helpful manner. they were quick to bring extra water and an ironing board. i also found them very efficient when getting a taxi (that was so appreciated!).

small room poor ventilation
the location was quite convenient, and i easily accessed nearby areas.
I was very disappointed by the room size. It felt much smaller than advertised, especially considering the cost, which affected my overall comfort, and the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, leading to lingering moisture and unpleasant odors, and that really bothered me.

deposit procedure inadequate compensation
the location proved convenient.
The check-in had problems. I had to sign a credit card slip for a deposit hold, a deviation from normal procedures. a major water outage one morning prevented me from showering prior to a meeting. attempts to compensate me for this were inadequate.

spacious layout stationary bikes breakfast choices
The room had a spacious layout. The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Breakfast included many choices with both menu options and a buffet. The food was AMAZING!!!
The hairdryer did not work very well. It only blew cold air.
